    Staff provided really good service and were attentive. The classics double room was very comfortable, and the views of Mont Blanc were fine. Breakfast had a diverse selection, catering to all tastes. Highly recommend for a good experience 🌅

    We got lovely room with a large bathroom. The location was marvellous and super, for example, Botanical Gardens was at a medium distance from the hotel. During christmas everything was perfect and we can't wait to go back.

    Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

    Service That Goes the Extra Mile

    Woke up to the aroma of fresh croissants and a warm smile from the staff. The concierge was helpful.

    The internet connection was annoyingly unreliable was great. A little more attention to this detail would make a huge difference.

    Magnificent hotel with courteous personnel in terms of service. The pool area was great, rooms were well-appointed and big size. Amazing building, fairly good bedroom. Location just off various embassies and Ariana museum and the waterfront restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Boulangerie Eric Emery nearby.

    Staff hospitality, speed of response, professionalism

    Size of the bathroom in general and therefore even worse for a junior suite. Waiting for taxis - they seem to call the "blue taxis" only - Management should check for the "interests" of doing so. Making guests waiting for no reason is unfair.

    The Premium Room offered an comfy experience. The friendly and dedicated staff provided really good service. The building's vintage charm added a unique touch to the stay, and the views of the surrounding mountains were fine.

    The limited seating in common areas could use some improvement.

    Comfortable for a business hotel, nice breakfast, nice staff

    Very expensive for the small room- it was comfortable, but not very good value for money- only is worth it if you can get a good deal, otherwise I would stay somewhere else a bit less "luxury".

    The views of mont blanc and lake geneva are amazing. The luxurious classic double room was awesome. We especially appreciated the really good service from the concierge, who took care of everything seamlessly. It was great to relax by the seasonal outdoor pool, which lets in so much natural light.

    the check-in was a bit slow. but once settled, I enjoyed the stunning views of the Alps. the breakfast spread was impressive with so many delicious options. I also appreciated the relaxing sauna and gym facilities.
